Christian Rubiu is a sales representative for standard and industrial balancing machines at Hofmann.
As the sales spearhead for the business unit, his responsibilities include looking after national and international customers, as well as commercial and technical quotation and order processing. He is also responsible for the acquisition of new customers and cooperation with our Italian partner company CEMB S.p.A and its foreign locations.
He not only sells machines, but also keeps an eye on customer wishes at all times. This is what we can say about Christian Rubiu: He always puts the customer's requirements first!
We asked Christian to write a few words about himself and his everyday life at Hofmann:
I have been working as a sales representative at Hofmann since August 2019. The path to this position was unusual. I had no intention of making a change in my previous job. But after a very good conversation with the Managing Director of Hofmann and a meeting at CEMB S.p.A in Italy, I was quickly convinced.
I decided to make the switch and was looking forward to the new tasks and the sales team - a decision that I have not regretted to this day.
My motto as Sales Manager is: My success is the company's success. I love the challenge of acquiring new customers and maintaining existing customer relationships. For me, "sales satisfaction" means always focusing on the customer. But also approaching them innovatively and responsibly, actively pursuing their wishes and working to fulfill them. It fills me with joy and pride to work with my customers, colleagues and the CEMB team on a daily basis and to maintain a friendly working relationship.
It is particularly important for me to always keep an eye on my goals and to fulfill my tasks well. But I also enjoy discovering new areas of responsibility. It's great that my team trusts my ideas and that we can look to the future together. I am delighted to be a part of Hofmann.
In my free time, I like to enjoy an espresso or a glass of Primitivo, which is perhaps a bit due to my Italian roots. My family is particularly important to me and supports me at all times. I draw new energy and drive from them.
