Jacqueline Weber is currently a part-time marketing assistant at Hofmann. Her tasks include the expansion and further development of marketing. She manages our social media channels and creates marketing campaigns. She is also working on our corporate website.
Thanks to her flexibility and creativity, she supports Hofmann in many areas. So we can say about Jacqueline Weber: She is always one creative idea ahead!
We asked Jacqueline to write a few words about herself and her everyday life at Hofmann:
My current work involves a lot of creative things. I write texts, social media posts and design campaigns. So my day-to-day life is varied and it should always be blessed with a bit of inventiveness.
I started my career at Hofmann in 2012 as a management assistant. Due to the ongoing digitalization, new trends and process innovations, Hofmann's area of responsibility expanded over time. As a result, my area of responsibility also grew: in 2018, I also took over the marketing department. We developed Hofmann's social media channels and raised the company's profile.
The most exciting project in my career was the development and construction of our new website. Together with our working student Felix Josy and the support of the entire team, we spent around 1 ½ years designing the current company website. The result was a digital book about Hofmann with around 250 pages. The large scope made the project challenging and interesting at the same time. It was a great task that I really enjoyed.
This project showed me once again how flexible Hofmann employees are and how great our teams work. Every machine and every project at Hofmann is a team effort. Colleagues are constantly adapting to new requirements. This strengthens cohesion and community.
In my free time, I like to spend time with my family. We spend a lot of time in beautiful Rheinhessen. After all, we live where others go on vacation. We also enjoy traveling and have been able to see many countries around the world. We had the best time on our vacations in the USA. California and Hawaii were our favorites.
As a singer, music is of course an important part of my life. I sing in a band and also enjoy performing at weddings. I really enjoy it!
